Privacy

This English version is provided for convenience. Where a legally binding version is required, the German Datenschutzerklärung of the Nadine Mirada website applies.

This page sets no cookies unless you accept the Meta pixel described below. Personal data is processed only when a visitor joins the access list: first name, email address, position on the list, an optional note of which link brought the visitor here, and proof of consent.

1. Purpose and legal basis

We use the first name and email address solely to send the registered person occasional updates about the Glam Era, to notify them once the respective occasion opens, and to manage their position on the list. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link or a message to the contact point.

2. Recipients

The page is delivered via Cloudflare (hosting and storage, Cloudflare, Inc., USA; transfers on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Germany) is used to send confirmation and opening messages. No data is shared beyond this.

3. Meta pixel (only with consent)

This page can load a Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) that helps us understand how the page is found and lets us show our updates to relevant audiences on Instagram and Facebook. It is loaded only after you have accepted it in the notice at the bottom of the page, and not at all if you decline or ignore it. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Where Meta processes data outside the EU, it does so on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Without consent, no Meta cookie is set and no data is sent to Meta.

4. Storage period

We store the data until the respective purpose is fulfilled or until consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. You may assert these rights against either of the two controllers, regardless of their internal allocation of responsibilities. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

6. Joint controllers

For data processing in the context of Nadine Mirada, Nadine Mirada L.L.C-FZ, Dubai (United Arab Emirates), and MH Aesthetic Advisory GmbH, Siebenbrunnengasse 48/1/24, 1050 Vienna, Austria, are joint controllers within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR. MH Aesthetic Advisory GmbH is responsible for the technical systems and data security; Nadine Mirada L.L.C-FZ is responsible for brand and content. Contact point for data subjects: nadine@jointheglamera.com. EU representation under Art. 27 GDPR: to be named before launch.
